The Boys First Day Of School

 

 

Garrett and Brody started school on August 20th. Brody is in the 3rd grade this year and his teacher is Mr. Lai.
Garrett is in the 6th grade(one more year of elementary). His teacher is Mrs Neaves. She has a cool accent. I can't believe how fast my boys are growing up. Every year seems to go by faster and faster. I hope they will have a good year this year, and learn alot. I always enjoy hearing about the things they learn.

Demolition Derby

 
 
 


My friend Stasha and her husband participate in the Demolition Derby, so this year we decided to go see it,at the Nephi Fairgrounds. It was my first one, and I thought it was pretty cool. The kids loved it too. Wyatt wants to get him a car and drive in one next year. I don't know if I like that idea or not. Anyway it was a good time.

Payson Fire

 
 
 

A few weeks ago there was a huge fire on the mountain just above our house. The houses above Main street were evacuated. It was amazing how fast they were able to contain the fire, but you should have seen how quickly it spread in just a matter of minutes. It was quite a sight.

FHE At Payson Canyon

 

 

 

One night for Family Home Evening we went to Payson Canyon for a Weenie Roast, and some fishing. Wyatt's fishing line got caught in a tree so he had to go up and get it. It is fun to live so close to the canyon, so we can just make a quick trip up there.
